 RANDOLPH NJ 7-30-2006 -In an effort to expand service and offerings to the reseller community Source Micro, a Randolph N.J. based company will merge with III Open Technologies of Virginia effective 8/1/06. The merge will increase product offering and allow the merged entity to achieve greater manufacturing efficiencies while maintaining the same high level of personal and technical support that both companies are known for.

 Strategic Fit Creates Strong Supplier of Intel Based Product

 Source Micro and III Open Technologies are both Intel Premier Providers. Intel has only roughly 300 in the Premier Partners in the nation.  The new arrangement will add the advantage of Microsoft gold status and the benefit of being an A-open authorized distributor to Source Micro’s expertise. III- Open Technologies will benefit from the wide spread reseller relationship and other vendor partnerships that Source Micro has been know for.

 Source Micro’s phone number, web site and business operations will remain unchanged with the exception that shipping will originate from the III corporate facility in Virginia Beach.  .
