III Warranty

oAll III systems come standard with a 1yr depot warranty. There are two ways this can be done, the entire system can be treated like a replaceable unit and shipped to us and we will repair it, or after diagnosis, just the affected component can be shipped to us for replacement. We cross ship on all component RMA requests.
oWe offer an optional 3yr warranty, price varies with the quantity of systems purchased.
oWe don't hassle customers about warranty repairs, our first goal is to keep the systems we build up and running.

III Benefits

oWe use top of the line ATX form factor standardized parts that are easy to upgrade and cheaper to maintain, any technician can do field repairs and replacement.
oAll of our main boards and processors are true Intel; generally other manufacturers have a much higher failure rate because they are using non Intel chipsets with Intel processors on an inferior printed circuit board with cheap components. Our main boards are manufactured by Intel and we are fully backed by Intel.
oThe reason III Open Technologies is 1 out of only 300 Intel Premier Channel Partners in North America, because we sell only top of the line Intel main boards and CPU's.
oWe can do custom images, we can store your company’s image on our server and deploy the image onto computer systems before shipping.

Why we are better than the rest

oDell and other major brands use the cheapest parts from the lowest bidder; every system could be a different hardware configuration. Cheap parts mean more down time, more down time costs more money. Their parts go obsolete faster and after the warranty you will be forced to buy a new system. III systems are modular custom computer solutions that can be upgraded at any time or in the event of a component failure you don’t have to replace your whole machine.
oWe pay attention to detail, each of our computers is hand assembled and configured. We install the operating system and software on each system individually. Everything is taxed so any problems can be sorted out long before delivery.
oThe trend today is low cost customer service. The call center subcontractors that handle Dell calls, get paid by calls received, not by issue solved. Their support is extremely impersonal and insufficient or sometimes and may include an extensive wait time before speaking to someone. At III we take pride in helping our customers succeed, whether it is problem resolution or tech support when deploying a system.
oOur systems are more secure, there are no “free” trials, spyware or any extra programs installed whatsoever. We will only install extra programs at the customer’s request. There is no additional clean up on our systems.
oUsually, other retailers do not provide the original installation software used on their systems or charge an additional fee for it. This means you do not have a way to get back up and running easily in the event of a hard drive failure or other catastrophe. We include the OEM copies of all the software installed.
oThe myths of the cheap system... looking at the price and think you are getting a bargain? The computer component quality is often very poor leading to early breakdowns and other conflicts. We use brand name computer components, one thing that you can guarantee is quality. You may buy a system with similar specs cheaper but what happens if something in this computer goes wrong? Basically, very little as the support today is very poor or does not exist at all. Also if you buy cheap computer components, what are the chances of finding that latest up to date Vista driver or support manual? You would be lucky to even find the manufacturers website - you will be even more fortunate if the website is in English and it will be a miracle if the driver you were looking for is available. We sell reliable products at a reasonable price with exceptional support.
